Dinamico has changed my life!
For the past 15 years I had multiple problems with my spine, so I decided to have spine surgery. After the surgery, 2-3 months, I wasn't able to walk properly and had many movement issues. I knew I needed to do something but didn't know what. When I met Christos he explained to me how important it is do Rehabilitation. After a 10 months program, with my coaches rehabilitation program and guidance I have finished twice 21km Half marathon run, and now training for the 42km Marathon run. The most important thing for me is that I am able to continue life as I want and proud of how far I've come since my surgery 1 year ago.
I highly recommend DINAMICO for anyone that has a health/injury issue.
